Colten was one of our first employees, he started as a welder and worked his way up to our head foreman. Colten oversees all welding and fabrication processes, ensuring that products like rocket stoves, smokers, and other metal projects are built to the company's standards. He leads the team of employees, delegating tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring that deadlines are met. Colten is responsible for checking the quality of finished products, ensuring they meet customer expectations and safety standards. His role is key to maintaining the quality and efficiency of Chiasson Smoke’s operations.

Amber started as our first shipping manager and has since been promoted to our General Manager. Amber ensures that daily operations run smoothly, including coordinating production, ordering materials, managing staff, and ensuring deadlines are met. She manages our company email, answers phone calls, handles customer service issues, and ensures that clients are satisfied with products and services. Her role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency, profitability, and growth of Chiasson Smoke LLC.

Abbey first joined our company in 2020, being our first employee ever. Abbey is our lead welder, she does majority of the custom welding jobs and plays a key role in building our smokers and 6-inch rocket stoves. Abbey also gives advice to the younger welders in the shop, helping them develop the necessary skills for high-quality workmanship. Abbey’s role and abilities are central to the production of Chiasson Smoke’s products, making her a crucial part of the company's operations.

John, as the parts specialist at Chiasson Smoke LLC, plays a crucial role in ensuring that many of the essential tasks behind the scenes are completed. He lends a hand with many small tasks around the shop, helping keep things running efficiently by taking care of what needs to be done. Though his work may seem like a lot of small tasks, John’s contributions are vital to the smooth functioning of the shop.

Lisa plays an essential, versatile role at Chiasson Smoke LLC, taking on a variety of tasks that are crucial to daily operations. She operates the CNC plasma table to ensure precision cuts for rocket stoves and smokers. Additionally, Lisa grinds metal parts to prepare them for assembly, assists with shipping by packing and preparing products, preps and cleans our firepits and pellet smokers and takes on other various small tasks around the shop. Lisa’s contributions are vital to Chiasson Smoke’s operations. Her adaptability and willingness to help in any area makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Ahlix is one of our welders here at Chiasson Smoke LLC, he consistently demonstrates flexibility and reliability in his work. Whether tasked with welding a 4-inch rocket stove, a 6-inch rocket stove, or a 12-inch or 16-inch griddle top, he tackles each project with a "no problem" attitude and gets straight to work. His ability to adapt to different products and projects makes him a valuable asset to the team, ensuring that the production of various items runs smoothly and efficiently.

Marc, as a parts cleaner at Chiasson Smoke, plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of production. He cleans parts that come off the plasma table, bends and cuts parts for rocket stove production, and makes sure welded products are cleaned before they are sent to shipping. In addition to these duties, Marc is always willing to help with various tasks throughout the day, showing great flexibility and a positive attitude toward getting things done wherever he is needed. His willingness to assist with any task makes him a valuable team member.

Trentin is another one of our welders that we have here Chiasson Smoke, he is responsible for producing the majority of the 4-inch rocket stoves. He maintains an efficient production process, ensuring that 4-inch rocket stove orders are being fulfilled everyday. In addition to his primary role, Trentin also welds rocket stove attachments when needed. No matter the task, he is dependable and ensures that everything is completed to the company’s standards.

As the shipping manager at Chiasson Smoke LLC, Sam is responsible for all aspects of the shipping process. She carefully prepares and packages each order by herself, ensuring that every box is in presentable condition for the customer upon arrival. Sam pays close attention to detail, meticulously inspecting each product to guarantee it is in perfect condition before it leaves her shipping area. Her dedication ensures that customers receive their products in top shape and with professional presentation.

Jayden, a part-time parts cleaner at Chiasson Smoke, plays an important role in ensuring that parts are properly prepared for the production process. Jayden comes in for a couple hours each day after school. He cleans all the parts that come off the plasma table, making sure they are ready for welding or bending. In addition, Jayden helps clean the finished welded products, such as rocket stoves and their attachments, ensuring they are in pristine condition before heading to shipping. His attention to detail is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality at Chiasson Smoke.

Brian is another key welder that we have here at Chiasson Smoke, primarily responsible for welding the majority of rocket stove attachments, such as grill and griddle tops. When given a list of tasks, Brian gets straight to work, putting his welding hood down and focusing on the job at hand. He also lends a hand with cleaning parts when necessary, demonstrating his flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.
