Made from stainless steel, it fits over the full grill or full griddle and features a cutout designed to fit over the 12 inch griddle. Use it to cover your food, hold in heat, melt cheese, steam vegetables, or keep the grill covered while you cook. A built in vent helps manage heat and steam, while the cool touch spring handle makes it easy to lift when needed.
